Have you ever had a dream that felt so real you thought you were really there? Perhaps you even somehow knew you were still asleep in bed while you were dreaming. After you woke up, did you remember any particular message or experience you had in your dream? Did the dream then later affect you somehow in your waking life?
If you are dreaming and know you are still asleep in bed, you could be having an out-of-body experience, with your body and conscious mind safe and at rest in your bed and your sub-conscious mind active in some other dimension of reality. Many things like out-of-body experiences or having visions are difficult to do in waking life, but are easier for us to do in our sleep because our fears, inhibitions and limiting thoughts are at rest with our conscious mind when we sleep.
If your sub-conscious mind goes through all the trouble to get you into some altered state of reality where you know you are sleeping but you also know you are there in your dream, pay attention. Think about it as you wake up and even write it down. Someone somewhere is trying to get a message to you.
